1cup natural peanut butter
1ounce dark chocolate
1/2cup splenda
1cup crispy rice
1/4cup chopped peanuts
1scoop chocolate protein powder

Begin by melting together the natural peanut butter and chocolate in a soucepan over low heat.
Stir in the splenda for added sweetness and then add in the crispy rice cereal peanuts.
Continue stir until evenly distributed.
Place the mixture into the fridge for an hour,take out and form it to small balls.Combine the scoop of chocolate protein powder with splenda and roll the truffle in the mixture until evenly coated.
Place again in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
As you are sure you leave place for one or two of these truffles in your daily diet and limit your self to those few.
